Harbor Official Description

The official description for Harbor is:

“Hailing from India’s coast, Harbor storms the field, wielding ancient technology with dominion over water. He unleashes frothing rapids and crashing waves to shield his allies and pummel those that oppose him.”

Harbor Abilities

Harbor has some significant abilities, making him an absolute force to reckon with.

High Tide – Signature ability

Allows to set up a water wall. Fire is used to propel the water down the ground. Hold fire to drive the water toward your crosshair while it travels through the terrain and spawns a wall in its course. To hold the water early, use alternate fire while bending. The hit of players is slowed down.

High Tide has a 40-second cooldown and can be bent at a considerably sharper angle than Blaze. Just about 15 seconds pass during the wall’s actual existence, giving it a potentially oppressive presence. The cooldown also begins when the wall goes up, so you’ll have it available for use once more in about 25 seconds from the time it vanishes.

Cove

Set up a protective water sphere. Throw using fire. To throw underhandedly, press Alt. Upon contact with the ground, create a bullet-blocking water shield. A cove is a powerful tool for planting the spike and retaking sites, it is an empty smoke that you can throw down to defend yourself or your teammates. It also has the ability to block bullets.

Cascade

Set up a water wave. Fire propels the wave forward and through obstacles. Reuse will halt the wave. Hit of players will slow down. Cascade follows a predetermined route, which is visible on the map. While it’s moving, you can stop it at any time, which opens up a variety of innovative use cases and new viewing opportunities. It can act as a type of mobile cover during an attack, enabling players to harass any Operator users by running down long sightlines like Haven’s C Long. But since it doesn’t deflect bullets, you have to be cautious not to get shot behind it.

Reckoning

You can equip your artifact’s full power. Fire can cause a geyser pool to appear on the ground. Geyser strikes are launched repeatedly against nearby enemy players. Players who are struck are severely injured.

Reckoning, like Breach’s Rolling Thunder and Fade’s Nightfall, appears to be a fantastic tool for cleaning up sites. An extremely noticeable gold and purple plume that rises into the sky will also appear above the heads of concussed adversaries, indicating their locations even if they are hidden behind the cover.
