The Grand Finals of the BGMS Season 2 2023 will start on August 25, 2023, with the playoffs having concluded last night after some intense competition. 

There will be 16 qualifying teams competing for a massive INR 2.1 crore prize pool.

There was tension on the second matchday (Day 2) of the BGMS Season 2 play-offs. The most skilled and well-known BGMI esports players took to the virtual battlefields to demonstrate their strength, resource management, and tactical awareness. 

Four teams were eliminated from the competition. The top sides that successfully snagged chicken dinners are shown below, along with their final score:

  • Match 1 – Erangel – Orange Rock with 11 eliminations
  • Match 2 – Sanhok – Medal Esports with 10 eliminations
  • Match 3 – Miramar – One Blade Esports with three eliminations

Following the end of the BGMS Season 2 play-offs, the following is where the 16 BGMI esports teams placed on the points table:

  5. Team 8Bit (54 points, along with one Chicken Dinner)
  6. WSB Gaming (51 points)
  7. Gods Reign (51 points)
  8. One Blade Esports (46 points, along with one Chicken Dinner)
  9. Team Orangutan (45 points)
  10. Gladiators Esports (45 points)
  11. Lucknow Giants (44 points)
  12. Team X Spark (41 points)
  13. Team Soul (41 points)
  14. Numen Gaming (30 points)
  15. Entity Gaming (21 points)

The top 12 teams from the playoffs will compete in the BGMI Masters Series 2023 Grand Finals alongside Blind Esports, Team Insane Esports, Global Esports, and Marcos Gaming.

These teams had already secured their spots after placing in the top four in the combined points table of Launch Week and Super Weekends.

Esports fans from around the nation may watch the live action on Rooter and Star Sports 1 on August 25, 26, and 27 at 9:30 IST.
