Next week will see the release of the League of Legends Worlds 2023 patch, or patch 13.19, but Riot Games has already given fans a sneak peek at some of the balance adjustments they can look forward to.
The Worlds 2023 will be held using Patch 13.19, and the devs will be applying the final touches to the nerfs, buffs, and tweaks.
In the forthcoming patch, several champions will be balanced, with the nerfs to Zeri and Renekton being among the highlights.
This time, there will also be a number of upgrades to look forward to, including quality-of-life enhancements for Jhin, Lee Sin, Lissandra, and Twitch.
The League of League 13.19 preview is not final. Prior to making the changes available in the patch that will be released next week, Riot Games will first test them out on the League of Legends PBE.

This time, Jhin will experience greater improvements to his quality of life.
The ADC has not had much trouble in the lane, but despite having an important early-game lead, he has had trouble winning the game.
Riot will thus make an effort with 13.19 to ensure that Jhin is able to turn his early leads into victories.

In the current meta, he has been having a very good time, particularly with the Goredrinker modifications.
For the forthcoming Worlds Championship, Riot Games will try to reduce his impact a little.

An important buff will be given to Randuin’s Omen, and a tank meta may return by Worlds 2023.
Next week, on September 27, 2023, League of Legends patch 13.19 is anticipated to be released on the Rift. The game at Worlds 2023 will be played on this version.
